Our Advent Calendar

Here is the advent calendar I made last year (excuse the wrinkles...it has been in a box all year!) Each pocket has an activity for the day. K loved it last year, it was the first thing he did every morning! The activites include crafts, baking, fun in the snow, and acts of service.

It was very easy to make...just a little time consuming. The pockets were cut out with pinking shears and sewn onto the triangular tree. I had planned on printing the numbers onto iron-on transfer paper, but ran out of time again this year. So paper numbers it is! (number printable was found HERE)

 I printed off THIS list of advent activities and added my own as well.

Elfie is very excited about the advent calendar too ; )
